The Incarnation Children’s Center Story

by Liam Scheff

We are in the 10 year anniversary of this story:

In 2004, I broke open the NIH Clinical Trial Scandal, the internationally-covered story of hundreds of New York City orphans used by government agencies and pharmaceutical companies in deadly AIDS drug trials.

In reporting this issue, I entered the orphanage where children were being used as guinea pigs, and over a period of several years, took interviews with mothers, children and childcare workers at the Incarnation Children’s Center. I also interviewed the medical director, and investigated the FDA documentation and published medical literature on the tests and drugs used, drugs which were often force-fed through nasal and gastric tubes to the children.

I reported several deaths in children, and although the mainstream denied that any deaths were due to drug toxicity, they admit that over 200 children died.

In 2005, the city of New York hired the VERA Institute to form a final report on the drug trials. VERA was given no access to medical records for any of the children used in trials. Their report was published in 2008.

They reported that twenty-five children died during the drug studies, that an additional fifty-five children died following the studies (in foster care), and, according to Tim Ross, Director of the Child Welfare program at VERA (as of 2009), 29% of the remaining 417 children who were used in drug studies had died (out of a total 532 children that are admitted to have been used). [LINK]

The WIKIPEDIA writers cover up all details, as is expected.

No payment or compensation has been paid to any of the children used in the trials, or to their families.

The New York Times, which was instrumental in covering up the story, hired Janny Scott and Leslie Kaufman to write a hit piece on me in 2005. They declared the following about using orphans in drug trials:

It was seen as one of the great successes of AIDS treatment. In the late 1980’s and early 1990’s, hundreds of children in New York City were dying of AIDS. The only approved drugs were for adults, and many of the patients were foster children. So doctors obtained permission to include foster children in what they regarded as promising drug trials.”

Later in the article, Scott admits that the “permissions” for many of these children are “missing,” (or were never there).

She continued:

“[T]here is little evidence that the trials were anything but a medical success.

In 2009, Janny Scott responded to my persistent queries about their investigation method. They had taken at least 40 documents from me and buried them; what else had they buried? Her answers to me were clarifying:

“No, we did not review patients’ medical files. I would be surprised if that would not have been a breach of patient confidentiality if someone had shown them to us.

An unexpected side effect would have been a side effect not previously seen in response to those drugs, presumably.

Advanced testing methods were the methods available at the time for diagnosing HIV infection.

I do not recall interviewing Dr. Painter [the doctor in charge of the orphanage and orphans] but I may simply not remember. As you know, the Times moved to a new office a year ago. It was not possible to move all of our files. In my case, I threw away files that were more than 12 months old. As you know, the story you are asking about was done in 2005.

I do not recall which studies we looked at. There were a lot of them — some more easily accessible than others, as you know.

As for mentioning side-effects and FDA warnings, there are side-effects and FDA warnings on many if not most drugs. The side-effects of early AIDS drugs have been written about extensively. And, as I have said before, we were not presuming to judge whether or not experimental AIDS drugs should have been tried on children — a question that I suspect few journalists would be qualified to answer; we were attempting to put a public controversy in context.

If you have further objections to the way the story was handled, I suggest you contact Joe Sexton, the editor of the metropolitan news section of the paper and the editor on that story.

In 2009, the Times was forced, in a follow-up story, to admit that many children had died, following the VERA report – but the VERA Institute, hired to “investigate” the trials, was also forbidden from looking at medical records. [LINK] Their “investigator” also refused to take data from me on the trials – lists of the trials themselves, the drugs used, and their recorded ‘black box’ warnings. In a follow-up interview with Vera Myles of WBAI, the head of the VERA Institute admitted that many more children had died than they had listed in their report.

Neither the Times nor the Wikipedia are able to talk about AIDS drugs, which kill people. But, of course, take them if you really want to.

Happy Anniversary.

Conspiracy Realist Vs. Conspiracy Theorist – Front Row Battle!

The Conspiracy Realist versus Conspiracy Theorists! It’s a hot time on the PsoNick Aitchison show (Type 1 Radio Lounge) out of sunny Brighton, England battling out the Judy Woods concept of 9/11. Liam Scheff isn’t buying it – he’s detailed the 9/11 story in “Official Stories” Ch 4. But the crowd battles back with their arguments of energy devises and unknown Tesla machines. It’s a hot, hot, HOT conversation!

The talk then shifts gears to an exploration of the various conspiracy ideas of HIV and AIDS, and Liam weighs in with his 10 years of front-line research into the topic, featured in his book “Official Stories” (Ch 6). Then to Shakespeare, and finally Big Bang (MYTH!) and the Electric Universe (REALITY!)

HIV Super-duper Rapid Nanotechnology Test (Fraud!)

by Liam Scheff

The HIV police are coming for you! They’ve got a “nanotechnology rapid test!” Yes, they can tell you in SECONDS if you’re…Right – not infected with anything specific at all – because the “test” is actually for a protein that occurs in millions of people* called “P24.” (and who knows, maybe all humans).

But at the Daily Mail, they think it’s gangbusters.

“Colour-coded blood test that turns blue if you have HIV is 10 times more sensitive than current methods” blares the headline, ignoring all reality.

Yes! The test turns BLUE! Like a sexual organ squeezed too hard, too long. Or, something like that. But, what does the test test for?

After lying to the public about the nature of “HIV” and “AIDS,” they admit that:

“The new sensor works by testing serum, a clear watery fluid derived from blood samples, in a disposable container for the presence of an HIV biomarker called p24.”

Ah, P24. “HIV biomarker.” And a “biomarker” for .. well, right. Just being alive. No, this protein is not a stand-in for any particular particle at all. Theirs is a synthetically-produced protein blob whose molecular weight is about that of a great deal of the stuff that you produce in your own cells everyday – especially if you have any gut-related illness (see ‘gut related immune deficiency‘ and learn about fixing your intestines).

And, in the standard medical literature, you can see how rarely or often it shows up in people who are and who aren’t supposed to have it, if you want to bother with the details. (ahem. Daily Mail. Hello?)

Right. Not them, but you. Coming soon to your gay or poor neighborhood – new tests! Because, as always:

The mainstream is trying to kill you.

Or, have it your way – they just don’t know any better. Is it that the pod people who write this crap are bleeding idiots who can’t figure out how to do a cross-referencing or fact-check on an article? Or, is it that the purpose of mainstream, brainwash-the-masses media is to lie to you?

Sex and the Soul – the Origins of the HIV Myth

by Liam Scheff

If HIV is a hoax (if HIV tests do not test for any particular thing – and they don’t, and you can look that up), and “infection” is based on this non-test – then HIV tests don’t have any clinical meaning.

We’re also told that you can “have” “HIV” and not know it. But, have you ever had an STD and not known it?? A sexually-transmitted yeast infection, herpetic infection, or any other sore or pimple in your groin – and “not known it?” (How did they sell us this garbage?)

And that’s their line – the tests don’t test for anything, and you’ll never know, unless you trust the test. It’s a very religious run-around.

But, we assign them great value. Why?

I think it’s because of what they represent in terms of human myth, and ancient law. It used to be that when two people co-joined in sex, it was understood that they were communing their ‘souls.’ In the modern, secular age, the idea of a ‘soul,’ is treated as so much mystical nonsense, so that when two people are entirely intimate with each other, we don’t talk about it as an ‘exchange of soul energy’ or ‘divinity,’ but as ‘recreational sex,’ or, ‘a good time.’

I think this leaves us, culturally, feeling abused, washed out, empty, and wanting…needing. I think the larger mythical mind of the species grabbed onto the idea of this thing that can’t be tested for – but must exist. This thing that is communicated, “infected” from person to person in love-making… something which is now permanently part of you. Something ‘wily, indecipherable.’ Something nearly spiritual – but not.

It’s the communing of souls in a negative aspect – because we don’t allow that that’s what sex is (two souls sharing at a deeply energetic level with each other), we need a ‘scientific’ or reductionist myth to sit in place – in the very footprints – of the old one.

We don’t value sex; we don’t value intimacy. We don’t, as a culture, value the ‘energetic,’ or the soul. We give ourselves away too easily. We feel abused, and used, even by our own actions. We seek to be comforted through ‘confession’ (HIV testing) that we’re not permanently damaged.

Instead of understanding the truth: Every interaction at that level of intimacy is significant, and leaves us in a position of having inherited from one person a quantity of their being; just as we gave a quantity of ours to them. We’ve exchanged soul material. And we are open – extremely open. And extremely vulnerable. We are wanting to commune, gently, lovingly – but we’ve jumped in too quickly, with someone who is not a match for us; or, we’ve seen it as ‘sport,’ and pulled away from intimacy, wounding ourselves in the process.

Is it any wonder that the people who routinely go in for ‘testing’ are people who don’t value intimacy and sex? People with holes in their psyches? The “worried well,” anxious about, well, a great many things, and projecting all anxiety onto one point – that of sexual misconduct?

Is it any wonder that people who are encouraged to go in for testing are people who are seen as overly-sexual, aberrant from the ‘norm,’ who perhaps don’t value intimacy (or aren’t permitted culturally to form long-lasting paired relationships); or who don’t see it as that deeper exchange, but more as ‘sport?’

Again, the myth of “HIV” is that there is some bacteria or ‘retrovirus’ that you can’t see, you don’t know is there, and leaves no mark, does not cause any inflammation on your sexual organs. (Do we really think that real STDs don’t bother your genitals?! How have we bought this incredible lie of the non-STD “STD?”) Because it’s a myth – a metaphor. We need something to remind us that sex is not free, nor should be embarked upon lightly.

HIV Disease

by Liam Scheff

Chapter Six of “Official Stories” explains why this is true:

If you or someone you know believes you are “HIV positive,” then you have a new kind of disease.

The disease of believing people who tell you that you are infected with something specific, when you’re not.

That’s “HIV disease.”

What people who are told they are “HIV positive” don’t understand is that they have been inducted into a cult. It is not a scientific process – it is one of pure belief.

They are not prepared, intellectually, because they think that they’re dealing with doctors. But they’re not. They’re dealing with priests of death and sex-shame. And as strange as that sounds, it happens to be true.

HPV, The Virus That Doesn’t Cause Cancer – New Video – Liam Scheff and Robert Scott Bell at the Health Freedom Expo

Liam Scheff and Robert Scott Bell present “HPV, The Virus that Doesn’t Cause Cancer” at the Health Freedom Expo in March 2012. Liam Scheff, author of Official Stories, presents the history of bad cancer ‘virology’ that led to the rotten ideas infesting science today; a lousy science that gave us “HPV, the virus that does (but doesn’t) cause cancer,” and the idea that every disease of poverty and immune deficiency in poor people is caused by a single particle. And we laugh a bit along the way….

Joan Shenton Reviews “Official Stories” by Liam Scheff

RTB: A review of Liam’s new book “Official Stories” by one of the best in the business.

“Liam Scheff writes with filmic energy. His quick cuts, graphic images and verbal agility are all delivered with the speed and deadly accuracy of a seasoned comedian’s one liners. We have long needed this approach to the telling of a story that has been almost impossible to tell – that HIV doesn’t cause AIDS and that big science and big pharma have got it wrong for the past 30 years. It’s is difficult to explain that something doesn’t do something, but Scheff tells the very complicated story behind the official story in a completely understandable way with simple and incisive sentences like: ‘In the beginning there was an idea and it was stupefyingly incorrect. But no one could ever say so because they were getting paid to put it right.’ Bottom line, Liam Scheff is brilliantly funny. But his genuine concern and compassion is never absent. His description of how unlimited gay sex and life in the fast lane led to the loss of a “functional immune system” is an important social document, and his anger in the stark description of the poisoning with AZT of 100,000 young gay men will be remembered forever. Don’t miss this book.”
